目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)和真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eIF4E)的表达及意义,分析这三者之间的相关性及其与NSCLC发生、发展、侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交方法进行检测,应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行结果分析。结果 NSCLC中,PTEN的阳性表达率低于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),mTOR和eIF4E的阳性表达率均高于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN、eIF4E和mTOR与肿瘤的分化程度、分期、组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移等密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tensin homolog (PTEN), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and eIF4E (eIF4E) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) The relationship between NSCLC and its occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization methods were used to detect the results using SPSS13.0 statistical software. Results The positive expression rate of PTEN in NSCLC was lower than that in normal lung tissue (P <0.05). The positive rates of mTOR and eIF4E in NSCLC were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissue (P <0.05) . Conclusions PTEN, eIF4E and mTOR are closely related to tumor differentiation, staging, histological type and lymph node metastasis.
