本文针对有些人提出的重建所谓个人所有制的主张,就如何对待科学社会主义,如何看待社会主义全民所有制关系,以及用所谓个人所有制取代全民所有制意味着什么这样一些重大问题,从理论和实践的结合上进行了探讨.文章指出,马克思主义关于社会主义基本经济制度的思想不容否定,认为社会主义是“空想”的观点没有根据;用社会主义全民所有制取代资本主义所有制关系,是生产关系一定要适应生产力性质规律的客观要求,把全民所有制说成是“现代生产力发展的桎梏”,是根本错误的;用重建以财产关系为基础的个人所有制取代全民所有制经济,其结果必然要导向资本主义,开历史倒车;40年的发展历史告诉我们,只有社会主义才能建设好新中国.
In view of the proposition of some people rebuilding the so-called individual ownership, on the major issues of how to treat scientific socialism, how to view the socialist ownership of the whole people and what it means to replace the ownership by the whole people with the so-called personal ownership, this article analyzes the combination of theory and practice .This article points out that the Marxist thought on socialist basic economic system can not be denied, that there is no basis for the view that socialism is “utopian”; to replace the ownership of capitalism with socialist ownership by the whole people means that the relations of production must be adapted The objective requirement of the law of the nature of the productive forces that the whole people's ownership system is “a mourning for the development of the modern productive forces” is fundamentally wrong; the replacement of the ownership of a people's commune by personal ownership based on the property relations with the reconstruction of property relations inevitably leads to capitalism, The history of reversing; 40 years of development history tells us that only socialism can build a good new China.
