[目的]从基因层面初步探讨近8个月甲型H1N1流感病毒HA1基因变异情况。[方法]收集19株2009年5~12月欧美及亚洲最新上传的甲型H1N1流感流行株血凝素重链(HA1)区域的氨基酸序列,分析其与墨西哥城第一株流感病毒分离株A/MexicoCity/001/2009在HAl以及HAl抗原决定簇区域的氨基酸差异。[结果]与A/Mex-icoCity/001/2009比较,HA1区氨基酸序列的同源性为96.98%~99.7%;并且,A/Pennsylvania/09/2009、A/Fukuoka-C/1/2009和A/Milan/UHSR1/20093株流感流行株HA1区抗原决定簇B区197位氨基酸出现了A﹥T替换。[结论]2009甲型H1N1流感流行的近8个月HA1基因存在一定的变异。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the variation of HA1 gene of influenza A (H1N1) virus in recent 8 months from the gene level. [Method] The amino acid sequence of hemagglutinin heavy chain (HA1) region of 19 strains of influenza A (H1N1) newly reported in Europe, America and Asia from May to December in 2009 was collected and compared with that of the first strain of influenza A / Mexico City / 001/2009 Amino acid differences in HAl and HAl epitope regions. [Results] The amino acid sequences of HA1 were 96.98% ~ 99.7% homologous to A / Mex-icoCity / 001/2009 and A / Pennsylvania / 09/2009, A / Fukuoka-C / A / Milan / UHSR1 / 20093 strain of influenza HA1 antigen epitope B region B amino acids appear A> T replacement. [Conclusion] There is a certain variation in the HA1 gene in the nearly 8 months of 2009 H1N1 influenza epidemic.
