我们测定了头孢硫脒(仙力素)的体外抗菌活性,并与头孢唑林、头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶体外抗菌活性进行了对比。结果表明,头孢硫脒对肺炎球菌、化脓性链球菌、MSSA、MSSE和卡他莫拉菌有较强的抗菌活性,优于头孢唑林、头孢呋辛钠和头孢他啶,对流感嗜血杆菌的抗菌作用,与头孢呋辛钠,头孢他啶体外抗菌活性相近,优于头孢唑林。头孢硫脒对肠球菌的体外抗菌活性稍差于万古霉素。头孢硫脒对MRSA、MRSE亦有一定的抗菌活性,但明显高于万古霉素对MRSA和MRSE的MIC_(90)值。体外杀菌活性测定结果表明头孢硫脒对检测的细菌的MBC值只高于MIC值1到2个浓度,提示头孢硫脒有较好的杀菌活性。
In vitro antibacterial activity of cefathiamidine (cefotaxime) was determined and compared with in vitro antibacterial activity of cefazolin, cefuroxime sodium and ceftazidime. The results showed that cefathiamidine against pneumococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, MSSA, MSSE and Moraxella catarrhal have stronger antibacterial activity, superior to cefazolin, cefuroxime sodium and ceftazidime against Haemophilus influenzae Antibacterial effect, and cefuroxime sodium, ceftazidime similar in vitro antibacterial activity, superior to cefazolin. Cefathiamidine against enterococci in vitro antibacterial activity slightly worse than vancomycin. Cefathiamidine also showed some antibacterial activity against MRSA and MRSE, but it was significantly higher than that of vancomycin against MRSA and MRSE. In vitro bactericidal activity assay results showed that the MBC value of cefathiamidine to the tested bacteria was only higher than the MIC value of 1 to 2 concentrations, suggesting that cefathiamidine has good bactericidal activity.
