陕西蔺河口水电站料场施工中,料场覆盖层、夹层比招标设计文件工程地质报告所提供的厚度和范围均有增加,为此承包商对工程地质条件变化进行了索赔。经监理工程师多次协调,业主和承包商都接受了合理的风险分摊解决方案,保证了工程的顺利进行。该案例对水电工程地质风险的合同管理的分析和思考可供同行参考。
During the construction of the material field of Linhekou Hydropower Station in Shaanxi Province, the coverage and interlayer of the material yard increased compared with the thickness and range provided by the engineering geological report of the tender design documents. Therefore, the contractor made a claim for the change of engineering geological conditions. After many times coordination of supervision engineers, the owners and contractors have accepted a reasonable risk sharing solution to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
