企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,既是从事生产经营活动并具有营利目的的经济组织,又是一个政治组织和社会组织。在中国特色社会主义发展进程中,要求企业明确自身的社会责任,超越把利润作为唯一目标的传统理念,在强调生产过程中对人的价值关注的同时,为社会发展作贡献。
Enterprises are an important part of the national economy. They are not only economic organizations that are engaged in production and business activities and have a profit-making purpose, but also a political organization and a social organization. In the process of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, enterprises are required to clarify their own social responsibilities and go beyond the traditional concept of profit as their sole goal. While emphasizing the value of human beings in the production process, they should contribute to social development.
