在商务场合中,敬语的使用可以实现对商务活动的有效开展。随着社会文明的发展,敬语在商务场所用语中的比重也在不断加大,敬语的不规范使用会破坏人际关系,甚至会关系到经济活动的成败。本文从分析日语敬语的运用方式入手,结合商务交际的特色,对商务日语中敬语的使用规则进行了探讨。
