采用滤纸片法和直接法,通过考察大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫(J2)在WA平板上不同区域内的分布率,研究淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)、镰孢菌属(Fusarium spp.)和厚垣轮枝菌(Pochonia chlamydosporium)的12个不同菌株代谢物滤液对大豆胞囊线虫J2趋性的影响。滤纸片法结果显示,WA培养基上0~1 cm区间内,大豆胞囊线虫二龄幼虫(J2)在12个寄生真菌菌株代谢物滤液中分布率均较低,F-9-3、V-2、F-5和V-1菌株代谢物滤液中的分布率分别为17.3%、17.3%、18.0%和18.3%,显著低于对照水的分布率26.0%,也低于J2在根系分泌物中的分布率32.3%(P<0.05)。直接法结果与滤纸片法基本一致,大豆幼根蘸取寄生真菌代谢物滤液后,线虫幼虫在0~1 cm区间内分布率范围为18.0%~31.3%,显著低于幼根蘸清水对照(P<0.05),说明大豆胞囊线虫J2对12个寄生真菌菌株代谢物滤液存在一定的趋避性。
