我市某单位1988年购进一台KZL240、7/95/70热水快装锅炉,累计运行不列二年时间,在1991年8月,进行内外部检验时发现: 1.锅筒的底部有一长900mm,宽600mm,高25mm外凸形鼓包,此包的中心距前管板800mm。 2.所有的烟管出现大面积的腐蚀,最深为3mm,其余1.5-2mm。 3.锅筒和水管内结垢厚为2mm,其底部存有大量的泥砂。产生事故的原因是: 1.该炉用的是地下水,一无沉淀,二无过滤,使大量的泥砂和悬浮物进入锅筒。 2.其炉安装的前低后高,使沉在锅筒低部的泥砂
