目的为了充分利用计算机网络资源,提高病案信息管理工作效率。方法运用SQL Server和Delphi设计和开发医院信息系统的病案接口系统,通过医院内局域网,按时间段读取和处理与病案首页相关的住院者数据,接收到统计病案系统数据库。结果按最初的设计,顺利地处理和接收了4万多条住院者信息,它已是本院病案室日常必用软件之一。结论本系统充分共享已有的网络数据资源,有效地减少了病案录入人员的工作量,提高了病案信息的质量,是一个较为成功的医院实用系统软件,值得推广和使用。
Purpose In order to make full use of computer network resources and improve the efficiency of medical record information management. Methods Using SQL Server and Delphi, we designed and developed a medical record interface system of hospital information system. We read and process inpatient data related to the first page of the medical record by time zone through the LAN in the hospital and receive the database of the statistical medical record system. As a result, more than 40,000 inpatient information were processed and received as originally designed, and it has become one of the daily necessities of the medical records room of this hospital. Conclusion The system fully shares the existing network data resources, effectively reducing the workload of medical record entry staff and improving the quality of medical record information. It is a relatively successful hospital practical system software, which is worth promoting and using.
