8275是以甘麦8号为母本、福区17为父本杂交,经在定西县唐家堡半干旱生态区多年选育而成的抗旱、中熟、丰产、稳产、优质旱地春小麦新品系。该品系株高100~110cm,茎秆细,长芒、白颖,千粒重40~45g,容重764~773g/L,籽粒硬质,含粗蛋白13.47%、淀粉63.83%、赖氨酸0.44%。生育期100d左右。苗期抗旱指数368.04%,后期抗旱系数84.2%,抗旱性与定西24基本一致。在1993~1995年全省旱地区试中,30点次的平均产量1786.2kg/hm2,较定西24和陇春8139分别增产4.9%和11.7%,居9个参试品种第1位,其产量主效应最大,为0.1915,品种与地点互作的变异系数为0.0004,具有良好的丰产、稳产性。在甘肃中部干旱、半干旱生态区的定西、会宁等县大面积示范种植,一般产量1800~3450kg/hm2,比陇春8139等主栽品种增产10%~15%。该品系适宜在甘肃中部干旱、半干旱生态区的山川旱地、梯田种植
