我院以甘油明胶作基质制备的新洁尔灭栓(含药5 mg 栓重2.5g)和制霉菌素栓(含药10万单位栓重2.5g)用于阴道霉菌感染,与0.1%新洁尔灭阴道冲洗或制霉菌素片塞入阴道等方法相比较,有药物滞留腔道时间长,作用持久,用药量小,疗效确切,使用方便等特点。我们又将制霉菌素与新洁尔灭配伍制成复方栓剂,协同作用显著,体外抑菌试验与临床使用结果表明大大的提高了抗霉菌效
