低血糖是糖尿病治程中常见的急诊之一,在临床上如何早期诊断、合理处理是抢救成功的关键。本文对24例糖尿病患者,在治疗过程中发生的低血糖反应进行分析,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:24例患者均系Ⅱ型糖尿病,男性9例,女性15例;40岁以下1例,40～59岁5例,60～70岁13例;70岁以上5例;病程<1年2例,1～4年3例,5～10年11例,10年以上8例。 1.2 合并症情况:并发糖尿病肾病肾功能不全8例,心血管疾病13例,感染8例,脑梗塞2例,糖尿
Hypoglycemia is one of the most common emergency procedures in the treatment of diabetes. How to diagnose early and how to deal with it properly is the key to successful treatment. In this paper, 24 cases of diabetic patients, hypoglycemia occurred in the course of treatment analysis, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 24 patients were type II diabetes, 9 males and 15 females; 1 under 40 years of age, 40 to 59 years in 5 cases, 60 to 70 years in 13 cases; 70 years of age in 5 cases; Course of disease <1 year in 2 cases, 1 to 4 years in 3 cases, 5 to 10 years in 11 cases, more than 10 years in 8 cases. 1.2 complications: diabetic nephropathy in patients with renal insufficiency in 8 cases, 13 cases of cardiovascular disease, infection in 8 cases, 2 cases of cerebral infarction, diabetes
