社区保健是社区卫生工作者通过社区调查,对社区卫生状况进行研究,找出社区卫生问题,做出社区诊断,在此基础上制定和实施社区保健计划的过程。本文论述了社区的概念和社区保健的意义,重点讨论了社区保健的三级预防原则和内容,指出三级预防不仅只针对疾病,更重要的是针对所有健康危害因素开展预防工作。本文还讨论了城市、农村、工矿企业等不同社区的保健特点。
Community health care is the process by which community health workers conduct community research on community health status, identify community health issues, make community diagnoses, and formulate and implement community health plans based on this. This article discusses the concept of community and the significance of community health care. It focuses on the three-level prevention principles and content of community health care, and points out that the three-level prevention not only focuses on the disease, but more importantly, it focuses on prevention of all health hazards. This article also discusses the health features of different communities, including cities, rural areas, and industrial and mining enterprises.
