建设有中国特色的社会主义,是历史的必然,是中国共产党人和全中国人民的崇高愿望。同时也要看到,我国正处在社会主义初级阶段,社会生产力还不发达,发展社会主义商品经济成为不可逾越的阶段。生产关系与生产力之间的矛盾,上层建筑与经济基础之间的矛盾依然存在。为了适应生产力的发展,就需要经常自觉调整生产关系和上层建筑中一切不适应生产力发展的部分,消除经济管理体制方面存在的种种弊端。这就必须通过改革,逐步建立社会主义有计划商品经济的新体制。改革的性质是社会主义制度的自我完善和发展。
The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable result of history and a lofty aspiration of the Chinese Communists and the entire Chinese people. At the same time, we must also see that our country is in the primary stage of socialism and the social productive forces are still underdeveloped. Therefore, developing the socialist commodity economy has become an insurmountable stage. The conflict between the productive relations and the productive forces still exists between the superstructure and the economic base. In order to adapt to the development of the productive forces, we need to constantly adjust our production relations and all parts of the superstructure that are not suited to the development of the productive forces and eliminate all the drawbacks in the economic management system. This must through reform gradually establish a new socialist system of planned commodity economy. The nature of the reform is the self-improvement and development of the socialist system.
