乡村的衰落是城市化进程中的历史现象。台湾嘉义市大林镇的上林发展协会是一个农村非营利组织,在活化乡村的过程中,坚持非营利组织的志愿精神和生态保育的理念,把活化乡村和经济发展相结合,广泛调动各种资源,把握行动的策略和原则,凸显非营利组织的优势和特色,收到了乡村活化、生态保护和居民幸福共进的良好效果。活化乡村是两岸非营利组织共同的责任和使命,上林社区发展协会的经验,对大陆农村非营利组织的健康发展具有参考和借鉴价值。
The decline of the countryside is a historical phenomenon in the process of urbanization. Shanglin Development Association, Dalin Town, Chiayi City, Taiwan is a rural non-profit organization. In the process of activating rural areas, the non-profit organization insists on the volunteer spirit and the idea of ecological conservation. It integrates the activation of rural areas and economic development and widely mobilizes various Resources, grasp the tactics and principles of action, and highlight the advantages and characteristics of non-profit organizations. They have received good results from rural activation, ecological protection and residents’ happiness. Activating the countryside is a common responsibility and mission of non-profit organizations across the Strait. The experience of Shanglin Community Development Association has reference and reference value for the healthy development of rural non-profit organizations in the Mainland.
