随着社会的不断进步,电已成为在社会发展中不可或缺的重中之重,而随着社会的改革,电力企业的制度也在不断深化改革,以期所改革的制度能够与当前的发展水平相符合,而我国作为社会主义国家,民主是我国最重要的社会特色,因此随着改革的逐渐深化,电力企业工会的民主管理工作成为了管理制度中的重要一部分。主要通过简单的介绍电力企业工会以及民主管理制度,从而明确民主管理工作在电力企业工会发展中的重要性,并提出加强电力企业工会的民主管理工作的措施。
