目的:分析血必净注射液治疗重度烧伤合并脓毒症的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年10月至2015年10月本院收治的52例重度烧伤合并脓毒症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组26例。对照组患者接受呼吸支持、液体复苏、肝肾功能保护等基础治疗,乌司他丁静脉滴注;观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用血必净注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者血清炎症因子水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),两组患者凝血功能较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察者患者各指标改善程度更加明显(P<0.05);观察组患者肝肾功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液治疗重度烧伤合并脓毒症患者,可减轻患者炎症反应,改善凝血功能,保护肝肾功能,临床效果更好。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection in treating severe burn combined with sepsis. Methods: From October 2010 to October 2015, 52 patients with severe burn complicated with sepsis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 26 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received basic therapy such as respiratory support, fluid resuscitation, protection of liver and kidney function, and intravenous ulinastatin infusion. Patients in the observation group were treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Compare the treatment effect of two groups. Results: After treatment, the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in both groups decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the coagulation function in both groups was significantly improved (P <0.05), and the degree of improvement of each index in the observer was more obvious (P <0.05). The liver and kidney function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xuebijing injection in patients with severe burn combined with sepsis can reduce inflammatory response, improve blood coagulation, protect liver and kidney function, the clinical effect is better.
