中国行业研究网2013-02-17报道:近日,发改委发布《关于印发造纸工业发展“十二五”规划的通知》。加快落淘汰落后产能、通过兼并重组优化企业结构都是“十二五”期间造纸工业的主要任务。发改委要求,要着力加快解决重点流域和重点区域的造纸工业结构调整和污染问题。现有制浆造纸企业要进一步加大力度淘汰污染严重的落后工艺与设备,抓紧技术改造,淘汰年产5.1万吨以下的化学木浆生产线、单条年产3.4万吨非木浆生产线和单条年产1万吨及以下废纸浆生产线,以及窄幅、低车速、高消耗、低水平造纸机。
