随着素质教育的发展,学生主体、参与课堂教学逐渐成为素质教育和发展性教学的一个热点问题,这是因为它是把教育的理念转变为学生发展的有效机制。课堂教学作为小学实施素质教育的主渠道,教师如何把素质教育思想变成可操作的教学实践落实到课堂教学中去,其中介就是构建教学模式。基于以上认识,我们提出“主体、参与、发展”课堂教学模式,其目的就是为了给教学一线的教师在课堂教学工作中实施素质教育提供一个可操作的基本范型。
With the development of quality education, student subject and participation in classroom teaching have gradually become a hot issue in quality education and developmental teaching. This is because it is to transform the concept of education into an effective mechanism for the development of students. As the main channel of implementing quality education in primary schools, classroom teaching is how to implement the teaching of quality education into classroom teaching by teachers. The intermediary is to construct a teaching mode. Based on the above understanding, we propose a classroom teaching model of “subject, participation and development”. Its purpose is to provide an operable basic paradigm for teaching teachers in frontline teaching to implement quality education in classroom teaching.
