目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合放疗治疗宫颈癌患者的临床疗效和机制。方法:评测宫颈癌单纯放疗(对照组)患者和静脉注射复方苦参注射液同时放疗(实验组)患者近期疗效、生存质量卡氏评分、不良反应、细胞免疫功能。结果:实验组有效率(CR+PR)高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组卡氏评分升高例数高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ度及以上骨髓抑制实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞值明显提高,并高于治疗前和对照组治疗后的水平(P<0.05 or P<0.01)。结论:放疗中加用复方苦参注射液后,在增强疗效,提高生存质量,减少血液学毒性方面,特别是增强细胞免疫功能方面取得明显疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Compound Kushen Injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer. Methods: The curative effect, quality of life (QoL) score, adverse reactions and cellular immune function were evaluated in patients with cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy alone (control group) and intravenous injection of compound kushen injection (in experimental group). Results: The effective rate (CR + PR) of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the increase of the cardiocyte score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group before and after treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: After radiotherapy combined with compound Kushen injection, it has obvious curative effect in enhancing curative effect, improving quality of life and reducing hematological toxicity, especially enhancing cellular immune function.
