目的 观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法 将确诊的 62例糖尿病足病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组 32例病人，在给予糖尿病饮食，合理应用胰岛素，全身或局部应用血管扩张剂和抗凝剂等西医疗法的基础上，同时服用中药。对照组仅给予西医疗法。结果 治疗组治愈 12例，好转 18例，治愈好转率 94％，对照组治愈 8例，好转 15例，治愈好转率 77％，两组治愈好转率有显著性差异 (p＜0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗糖尿病足较单纯西医疗法有更好的疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-two patients with diabetic foot diagnosed were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 32 patients, given the diabetic diet, the rational use of insulin, systemic or topical application of vasodilators and anticoagulants and other western medicine based on the same time taking traditional Chinese medicine. The control group only gave Western medical treatment. Results In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured and 18 cases improved. The improvement rate was 94%. In the control group, 8 cases were cured and 15 cases improved. The cure rate was 77%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of diabetic foot than western medicine has better efficacy.
