掌握好钻井中泥浆的变化情况,是有效控制井喷的重要手段。过去,对于石油钻井井喷早期预兆的报警,主要是靠操作工人直接观察泥浆流量和液面的变化,稍有疏忽,就可能造成井喷给国家带来很大的经济损失,甚至造成重大的伤亡事故。通过对我局近两年的井喷事故分析表明,因发现预兆过晚而造成的井喷,占总井喷数的57%左右。为此,四川石油管理局酉南矿区研制了JBJ—84型井喷、井涌、井漏声光自动报警器,经现场使用,受到钻井工人的一致欢迎。
Grasping the change of mud in drilling well is an important measure to effectively control blowout. In the past, the early warning of the oil well blowout was mainly due to the direct observation of mud flow and liquid level changes by operators, with a slight negligence, which could cause blowout to bring great economic losses to the country and even cause major casualties . Through the analysis of blowout accidents in the last two years of our bureau, it is found that the blowout caused by the late arrival of warning signs is about 57% of the total number of blowouts.
