目的:探讨妊高征患者血浆内皮素(ET)水平升高与血尿酸(UA)含量的关系。方法:用放射免疫法测定25例妊高征患者,10例正常晚期妊娠,8例正常未妊娠妇女血浆ET水平,其中妊高征患者同时测定了血UA含量。结果:中重庆妊高征患者血浆ET水平高于正常晚期妊娠和未妊娠妇女(P<0.05),而轻度患者与之相比则差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。重度妊高征患者血UA含量明显高于轻度患者(P<0.01)和中度患者(P<0.05),而后两者血UA含量在正常范围内。重度妊高征患者血浆ET水平升高,并与血UA含量升高呈正相关(r=0.7492,P<0.05,Y=254.7+6.3X)。但经、中度患者血浆ET和UA含量的相关性不明显。结论:妊高征患者血浆ET水平升高,并与血UA含量呈正相关关系。提示血浆ET可能与妊高征患者肾血管收缩有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin (ET) and serum uric acid (UA) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: Plasma ET levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 25 cases of PIH, 10 cases of normal late pregnancy and 8 cases of normal nonpregnant women. The level of blood UA was also measured in patients with PIH. Results: Plasma ET level in PIH patients was higher than that in normal late pregnant women and nonpregnant women (P <0.05), while mild patients had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Blood UA levels in patients with severe PIH were significantly higher than those in mild PIH patients (P <0.01) and moderate patients (P <0.05), while blood UA levels in the latter two patients were within the normal range. The level of plasma ET in patients with severe PIH was increased and positively correlated with the increase of blood UA (r = 0.7492, P <0.05, Y = 254.7 + 6.3X). However, the correlation between plasma ET and UA in moderate and moderate patients was not obvious. Conclusion: Plasma ET level is elevated in patients with PIH and positively correlated with blood UA level. Tip plasma ET may be related to renal vasoconstriction in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
