Recently, the first major shareholder of Jilin Paper Co., Ltd. Jilin City State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. and China Bamboo Paper (Group) Co., Ltd. signed the “Intention Letter of Agreement on the Transfer of Jilin Paper Co., Ltd. State-owned Shares”. After the completion of the transfer, Zhongzhu Paper (Group) Co., Ltd. will hold 20,898,800 shares of social legal person shares of Jilin Paper Co., Ltd., accounting for 50.06 of the total share capital of the company.
