竞技体育资源的合理配置和调控是竞技体育可持续发展的前提与基础。本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对后奥运时期河南省竞技体育资源配置状况进行分析,结果显示:政府控制竞技体育资源的调控,资源配置利用率较低,后备人才资源较为匮乏;认为应积极推行计划配置与市场配置相结合的方式,吸引社会力量的参与;通过优化竞技体育资源,逐步建立和完善人才培养体系。
The Reasonable Allocation and Regulation of Competitive Sports Resources is the Premise and Foundation of Sustainable Development of Competitive Sports. This paper analyzes the allocation of competitive sports resources in Henan Province during the post-Olympic period by using the methods of documentation and logic analysis. The results show that: the government controls the control of competitive sports resources, the resource allocation and utilization rate is low, reserve resources are scarce; Actively promote the combination of planned allocation and market allocation to attract the participation of social forces and gradually establish and perfect a personnel training system by optimizing competitive sports resources.
