按照“打铁还需自身硬”的要求,西安市纪委通过市廉政教育培训基地,分3期对市纪委131名机关干部集中进行政治素质和业务素质轮训。轮训针对新形势下纪检监察工作要求,按照“缺什么补什么”的思路开设课程。授课教师不仅包括省、市委党校和当地知名院校的老师,还包括一些省、市纪委领导和相关领域的专业人员。为确保轮训效果,市纪委派出5名常委担任轮训班班长,并指定部分室主任担任学习小组组长。轮训实行封闭式教学和管理,从上课秩序等细节抓起,严抠细训,真抓实练,不仅提高了参训人员的政治和业务素质,还锤炼了参训人员的工作作风。
