目的探讨超声在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2015年1月至2016年5月在山东省青岛市黄岛区(原胶南市)妇幼保健院接受就诊的66例新生缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿作为本次研究对象,研究对象66例纳入分析组,选择同期65例正常新生儿纳入参照组,两组新生儿均进行了超声检查,对比两组新生儿的血流动力学参数,评价两组患者的检测情况。结果与参照组新生儿的血流动力学参数相比较,两组之间的参数存在较大的差异,组间差异存在统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论超声应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期筛选之中,能够了解新生儿缺氧缺血性的改变,为新生儿的诊断和治疗提供临床依据。如果孕妇羊水少且浑浊,则需要根据实际情况进行监测。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the early screening of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. METHODS: From January 2015 to May 2016, 66 neonates with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province (formerly Jiaonan City) were enrolled in this study. Subjects 66 Cases included in the analysis group, select the same period 65 cases of normal newborns into the reference group, two groups of newborns were examined by ultrasound, compared two groups of newborns hemodynamic parameters, evaluation of two groups of patients detection. Results Compared with the neonatal hemodynamic parameters of the reference group, there was a significant difference between the two groups in parameters, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound applied in early screening of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, can understand the changes of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic, provide a clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of neonates. If pregnant women less amniotic fluid and turbid, you need to monitor according to the actual situation.
