高中英语教学多以应试为导向,侧重于核心词汇的深入理解,如一词多义的掌握,多种固定表达方式的记忆,而忽视复习、效率低下,对词汇的量的要求却未见有所提高。单词的记忆让大多数学生感到困难,以至于单词成了阅读中的拦路虎,写作也无从下笔,甚至导致一部分学生因此放弃英语的学习。为了提高学生的记忆效率,有意义的教学策略才能引导学生进行有效的记忆策略。根据语言学习规律和心理学相关研究以及笔者十一的教学经验,词汇的教学和巩固应从以下三点做起:
The English teaching in senior high schools is more oriented to the examination, focusing on the deep understanding of the core vocabulary, such as the mastery of the word polysemy, the memory of a variety of fixed expressions, ignoring the review, the inefficiency and the lack of vocabulary requirement improve. Memories of words make it hard for most students to think that words have become a stumbling block to reading and can not be written anymore. Some students even gave up learning in English. In order to improve students’ memory efficiency, meaningful teaching strategies can guide students to carry out effective memory strategies. According to the laws of language learning and psychology and the author’s teaching experience, the teaching and consolidation of vocabulary should start from the following three points:
