自发性反复心室反应伴发扭转型室扑甚为罕见,现报道一例。临床资料:患者女性,33岁。入院20天前患感冒,10天后时感胸闷、心悸。1984年11月5日因上述症状加重而入院。BP80/60mmHg,心浊音界不大,心音低钝,心率118次/分,律不齐,各瓣膜区未闻及病理性杂音,两肺无异常,肝脾未扪及。入院30分钟后,突然心跳停止,呼吸微弱,即行心脏叩击,人工胸外心脏按压,约4分钟后,心跳恢复。尔后经抗感染,
