目的了解梅州市重点人群对碘缺乏病健康教育知识的知晓情况,评价健康教育及碘盐鉴别活动在防治碘缺乏病中的效果。方法对全市8个县(市、区),采用学生、教师填答试卷与家庭主妇入户问卷调查形式进行基线调查和开展活动后的效果评估调查。结果梅州市碘缺乏病健康教育基线调查显示:小学3~5年级学生组的碘缺乏病防治知识得分的平均分、合格率、满分率分别为43.7分、43.2%、11.5%;教师组平均分、合格率、满分率分别为84.9分、100.0%、48.3%;家庭主妇组平均分、合格率、满分率分别为53.5分、33.1%、13.5%;活动效果评估显示:开展活动后3~5年级学生组防治知识得分的平均分、合格率、满分率分别为89.9分、92.1%、83.0%;教师组平均分、合格率、满分率分别为100分、100.0%、100.0%;家庭主妇组平均分、合格率、满分率分别为84.2分、81.8%、72.3%。结论通过开展消除碘缺乏病健康教育及碘盐鉴别活动后被调查人群的碘缺乏病防治知识水平均明显提高,健康教育活动效果显著。
Objective To understand the knowledge of health education in key populations of iodine deficiency disorders in Meizhou and to evaluate the effects of health education and iodized salt discrimination in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods A survey was conducted in eight counties (cities and districts) in the city by using questionnaires surveyed by the students and teachers in the form of questionnaire survey and housewife home surveys. The survey was conducted after the activities were carried out. Results According to the baseline survey of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Meizhou City, the average score, pass rate and full score of knowledge of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in grade 3 ~ 5 pupils were 43.7, 43.2% and 11.5% respectively; , The passing rate and the full score were 84.9, 100.0% and 48.3% respectively; the average score, the passing rate and the full score of the housewife group were 53.5, 33.1% and 13.5% respectively; evaluation of the effect of the activity showed that after the activity was carried out 3 to 5 The average score, pass rate and full score of prevention and control scores for grade students were 89.9, 92.1% and 83.0% respectively. The average score, the pass rate and the full score of teacher group were 100, 100.0 and 100.0% respectively. The housewives group The average score, pass rate, full score were 84.2 points, 81.8%, 72.3%. Conclusion Knowledge of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in the surveyed population after the iodine deficiency disease health education and iodized salt discrimination activities have been significantly improved, and the health education activities have achieved remarkable results.
