介绍了1996年对92个国有重点煤矿技术进步评价的过程和结果。对评价结果按矿区类别，科技进步十佳企业和技术进步速度慢企业进行了分析，对以后的评价工作提出了建议。
The process and results of the evaluation of 92 state-owned key coal mine technological advancements in 1996 were introduced. The evaluation results are analyzed according to the types of mining areas, top ten technologically advanced enterprises and slow technological progress enterprises, and suggestions are put forward for future evaluation work.
