本试验对25只杂种犬静注油酸0.03ml/kg制成RDS模型。注射后24小时活杀。注射油酸前及注后立即、30分钟、1、2、4、6、22、24小时测量动脉及混合静脉血PaO_2、PaCO_2和pH,每小时测量平均肺动脉压,注射前及注后2、4、6、24小时拍胸片,注射前及24小时后查电解质、T_3、T_4、红细胞压积、血红蛋白、血清皮质醇水平。8只犬为对照组,9只犬用东莨菪硷治疗,8只犬用地塞米松治疗。对照组与东莨菪硷组用光学镜和电镜检查(另文报号),地塞米松组仅用光学镜检。地塞米松治疗组较对照组有效,但东莨菪硷治疗组效果不佳。
In this study, 25 hybrid dogs were intravenously injected oleic acid 0.03ml / kg to make RDS model. 24 hours after injection live kill. Dexamethasone treatment group than the control group, but the scopolamine treatment group ineffective.
