目的:研究啤酒对大鼠NOS活性的影响。方法:40只Wister大鼠按体质量随机分为4组,即加硒啤酒组、普通啤酒组、对照啤酒组和空白组。喂饲啤酒4周后取血清利用酶法测定3种啤酒对大鼠的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。结果:加硒啤酒组大鼠血清的NOS和空白组有显著性差异,其余2个啤酒组的NOS与空白组没有差异,但都比空白组高。结论:加硒啤酒可以提高大鼠血清NOS的活性。
Objective: To study the effect of beer on NOS activity in rats. Methods: Forty Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups according to their body weight, namely selenium-enriched beer group, normal beer group, control beer group and blank group. Four weeks after the beer was fed, the serum was taken and the effect of three kinds of beer on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rats was determined by enzymatic method. Results: Serum NOS in selenium - enriched beer group was significantly different from that in blank group. There was no difference between NOS and blank group in the other two beer groups, but higher than that in blank group. Conclusion: Selenium-enriched beer can increase serum NOS activity in rats.
