龋病是一种危害人类牙齿最常见的多发病,世界卫生组织将龋齿列入预防医学中仅次于心血管和癌症之后的第三位重要疾病加以预防。在我国龋病的发病率仍很高,尤以12岁以下儿童更为普遍.我们对西安地区901例儿童采用FTT—8型氟离子透入防龋仪进行防龋处理。透入工作电流每路0.4~0.5mA,采用自行设计的防龋牙合托盘作为载药及透入的特殊工具。6~15岁儿童及青少年采用2%氟化钠水溶液,3~5岁幼儿采用1%氟化钠水溶液作为透入药液。时间每次透入6分钟。为了便于防龋效果的对比观察,我们按群体随机化原则分为5组,设一对照空白组同时将透入儿童分1年内透入1次、2次、3次、4次、四个组进行对比观察,对照空白组50例不做任何防龋措施,1年后复查新生龋患人数35人,新生龋发生率为70%.从4个不同次数的透入组看氟离子透入组1年后新生龋发病情况以空白对照组增加最多(占70%);透入1次为35%,透入2次组27.76%,透入3次组为18.79%,透入4次组为13.89%,新生龋减少率随透入次数增加百分比逐渐增高,由5%上升至80%。发病最高的空白组与发病最低组相差5倍。说明1年经过氟离
