In the 21st century, knowledge economy has become the driving force for economic growth and social development. Knowledge management has also become the focus of attention from all walks of life. Library knowledge management has become a new topic in front of library workers. The article briefly described the concept of knowledge management, the characteristics and content of library knowledge management and the corresponding technology.
