固体润滑材料在我国的发展已有二十多年的历史。从我国第一颗人造地球卫星发射开始,已经使用固体润滑材料来解决人造卫星中的有关润滑问题。本文介绍了各种固体润滑材料——干膜润滑剂、金属和非金属基自润滑材料、多组元复合镀层等在人造卫星的轴承、齿轮、天线、输送泵、绞链等机构中的应用研究。文中详细叙述了各种润滑材料在大气、真空(10~(-9)乇),超低温、特殊介质以及强辐射条件下的性能和摩擦磨损评价数据。还对各种润滑材料的制备工艺作了简要描述。
Solid lubricants in our development has more than 20 years of history. Beginning with the launch of China’s first man-made earth satellite, solid lubricants have been used to solve the lubrication problems associated with satellites. This article describes the application of various solid lubricating materials - dry film lubricants, self-lubricating metallic and non-metallic materials, multi-component composite coatings and other mechanisms in artificial satellite bearings, gears, antennas, transfer pumps and hinges the study. In this paper, the performance and friction and wear evaluation data of various lubricating materials under atmospheric, vacuum (10-9 Torr), ultra-low temperature, special medium and strong radiation are described in detail. Also made a brief description of the preparation of various lubricating materials.
