诚信是寿险业的立业之本和生存发展的基础。和谐社会目标的实现、市场形势的变化、寿险业的持续发展都需要寿险企业加强诚信建设。目前,寿险企业在诚信方面的主要问题是寿险供给者的诚信缺失和寿险代理人的诚信缺失。其根源是寿险市场交易主体之间的信息不对称、个人寿险代理制的销售误导、社会诚信系统建设滞后的影响。加强寿险企业诚信建设不仅要从企业自身内部着手加强诚信管理,还要从企业外部采取一系列的配套措施加以支持。
Honesty is the foundation of life insurance industry and the foundation of survival and development. The realization of the goal of a harmonious society, changes in the market situation, and the continuous development of the life insurance industry all require the life insurance enterprises to strengthen their creditability. At present, the major problems in the integrity of life insurance companies are the lack of integrity of life insurance providers and the lack of integrity of life insurance agents. The root cause is the asymmetric information among the main players in life insurance market, the misleading sales of personal life insurance agent system, and the lag of social credit system construction. To strengthen the integrity construction of life insurance enterprises, we should not only strengthen the credit management from the inside of enterprises, but also adopt a series of supporting measures from the outside of the enterprises.
