通过模拟燃油旋流燃烧器在一、二次风量配比不同的状况下,燃烧空间内CO、NO2的浓度分布,分析燃油旋流燃烧器燃烧过程中的燃料燃烧情况。通过对模拟结果分析,得到最佳配风比为:一、二次风量G1、G2分别占总风量G的30%、70%。
By simulating the concentration distribution of CO and NO2 in the combustion space under the condition that the primary and secondary air volume ratio are different, the fuel combustion in the fuel swirl burner is analyzed. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the optimal air distribution ratio is obtained as follows: the primary and secondary air volumes G1 and G2 respectively account for 30% and 70% of the total air flow G;
