健全完善权力公开透明运作机制,是贯彻落实《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008—2012年工作规划》的重要内容,也是预防职务犯罪工作不断深化的必然要求。针对当前国有企业职务犯罪所表现的职务相关性、过程隐蔽性等特点,应注重做好以下工作:
