近年来,山东省滕州市西岗镇把推进村级财务管理规范化建设,作为维护村集体和村民利益的一项重要措施来抓,创新体制机制,设立村级会计委托代理中心,推行财务处理电算化、运作程序规范化、管理监督制度化、管理队伍职业化的“四化”监管措施,有效地提升了村级财务管理水平。
