0引言优质小麦品种品质优,种植效益好,深受农民欢迎,现将其栽培技术与田间管理措施介绍如下。1影响小麦品质的环境条件和栽培措施小麦品质的优劣不仅由品种本身的遗传特性所决定,而且受气候、土壤、耕作制度、栽培措施等条件的影响,品种与环境的相互作用也影响品质。试验研究和生产实践表明,新疆气候条件适宜生产强筋小麦和中筋小麦。
