目的 总结食管癌贲门癌合并 2型糖尿病外科治疗的方法和效果。方法 回顾性分析 1 984～2 0 0 0年治疗的食管癌贲门癌合并 2糖尿病病人 36例。结果 围手术期 1例死亡 ,并发症发生率 1 0 /36(2 7 8% ) ,高于无糖尿病组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 合理的病例选择和正确的围手术期处理可以使此类病人取得较满意的疗效。
Objective To summarize the methods and effects of surgical treatment of esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma combined with 2 diabetic patients treated from 1984 to 2000 was conducted. Results Perioperative death occurred in one patient, with a complication rate of 10/36 (2.78%) higher than that of the non-diabetic group (P <0.05). Conclusion Reasonable case selection and correct perioperative management can make these patients achieve more satisfactory results.
