Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government Decree No. 5 “Guangzhou Municipality involved in the valuation of goods” has been discussed and approved by the Standing Committee of the municipal government on April 6, 1998 and is hereby promulgated and implemented as of the promulgation date. Mayor Lin Shusen May 19, 1998
