我们在施工利国八线ZKP—5号孔时,试用钻井粉堵漏,取得了较好的效果,简介如下。一、钻孔概况及岩石描述ZKP—5号孔设计孔深700米,孔内溶洞堆积物地段较多,钻进过程中虽然两次分别下入φ89套管37.40米,φ74套管253.02米,但仍然漏水,护孔堵漏仍是关键问题。钻孔所见主要岩石为石灰岩、蚀变闪长斑岩、花岗岩、泥灰岩、溶洞堆积物等。岩石大部破碎、钙化、局部绿泥石化、透辉石化,硬而脆碎,由于岩石受到挤压、破碎作用,岩芯易碎;在溶洞充填地段,堆积物松散,而且易坍塌,由于冲洗液的冲刷作用和钻具的回转,易超径。
