应用松毛虫赤眼蜂防治农林害虫,具有省工、安全、无污染、不杀伤天敌等优点,已在我省许多地区推广应用,取得了可喜的防治效果和经济效益。目前生产松毛虫赤眼蜂都以柞蚕剖腹卵作中间寄主,由于其卵粒大,营养丰富,育出的蜂壮,繁殖系数也高,一直被公认是松毛虫赤眼蜂的优良中间寄主。但作者发现,近年来一些老繁蜂单位在高温季节繁蜂时常出现坏卵现象,腐败变质的蚕卵成为影响繁蜂数量和质量的制约因素。如何采取有效措施防止卵粒霉变,是当前赤眼蜂生产过程中急需解决的一个重要问题。为此,从1989~1991年我们选用了“菌虫杀灭剂”进行柞蚕剖腹卵消毒效果的研
