在保护胶体聚乙烯醇存在下的酸性溶液中,磷钼锑三元杂多酸与罗丹明B形成的络合物具有很高的灵敏度,其最大吸收峰在585nm处;0.5~5微克磷/100毫升符合比尔定律;摩尔吸光系数为1.09×10~5;砷有干扰,应预先除去,SiO_2、TiO_2、V_2O_5(还原后)、K_2Cr_2O_7(还原后)、NaP分别为1.2、10、4、2、6毫克时对测定无干扰,其余元素无甚干扰。 仪器与试剂:721型或UVvis紫外可见分光光度计。混合显色剂:A液,20克钼酸铵(一级)溶于约100毫升温水中,加入660毫升硫酸(1+1),冷却,稀释至1000毫升。B液,0.3克硫酸肼溶于500毫升水中(用时配制)。使用时将A、B液按(1+1)混合。聚乙烯醇溶液(0.5%):取1克
