开展工业测试是提高机械产品装配质量的重要手段。本文通过试验研究,讨论机床主轴回转精度工业测试的一些主要问题:新型基圆发生器的稳定性;机械消偏法及快速高精度调偏心装置;提高采样精度的自动软件检测延时数程序及自动定标技术;干扰的产生原因及消除方法;主铀的工业测试规范。
Carrying out industrial testing is an important means to improve the assembly quality of mechanical products.
