本文在分析我国导游薪酬现状的基础上,指出我国导游薪酬体系的合理化迫在眉睫。借鉴西方导游薪酬体制,从旅行社价格竞争、导游激励机制、旅游市场、游客消费心理等方面分析导游薪酬体系不合理的原因,探索性的提出政府政策保障、规范旅游市场、完善导游激励机制、引导旅行社良性竞争、完善导游准入——退出机制等导游薪酬体系合理化的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of tour guides salary in our country, this paper points out that the rationalization of tour guide pay system in our country is imminent. Draw lessons from the salary system of the western tour guides, analyze the reasons for the unreasonable tour pay system from the price competition of travel agencies, tour guide incentive mechanism, tourist market and tourists’ consumption psychology, explore the government policy guarantee, standardize the tourism market, improve the tour guide incentive mechanism and guide Healthy Competition in Travel Agencies, Perfecting the Advice and Countermeasures for the Rationalization of Tour Guide Payroll System such as Exit Guidance.
