科学、客观地评价危机管理的优劣度,是当前政府管理面临的一个新课题,本文对危机防范策略建立相应的数学模型,通过计算每一个策略的合格度对其进行量化,比较其优劣。
Scientifically and objectively evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of crisis management is a new issue facing the current government administration. In this paper, we establish corresponding mathematical models for crisis prevention strategies and quantify them by calculating the eligibility of each strategy and compare its advantages and disadvantages .
